Egypt is the land of history, and as such, there are many marvelous museums to visit.

Egypt is the land of history, and as such, there are many marvelous museums to visit. After pick-up from your hotel, you will be transported to the famous Egyptian Museum downtown, where your guide will show you some of the most important exhibits, including the treasures from King Tutankhamun’s tomb.

You can also see the mummies’ room (extra ticket on the spot).

After wandering among ancient artifacts, you will be taken to the Museum of Islamic Art near Khan el Khalili. This recently renovated museum houses magnificent pieces from Egypt, Iran, and Afghanistan, among others.

After lunch, you will be taken to the Coptic Museum in Coptic Cairo, where you will see numerous collections that showcase pieces from the daily lives of Egypt’s Coptic population, both present, and past.

Then, it’s back to your hotel to rest and reflect on all the wonderful historical pieces you saw that day.
